The Contract Research Organization Wizard (CROW) is Workflow Informatics’ suite of tools and services for receiving, normalizing, and ingesting research data from partners and Contract Research Organizations.  

Evolving from custom projects to aid scientists overwhelmed with the volume and irregular formats and quality of drug discovery data received from external sources, CROW has developed into a powerful solution that provides a wide array of capabilities for data validation, metadata enrichment, and capture.  CROW is suite of tools and services that integrate with your existing research data management platform(s) to allow you to easily manage:

• • Compounds and Biologics:  Normalization & canonicalization of these entities.  Ingestion into your registration system(s), according to your business rules
  • Assay and Results Data: Extraction from summary files and reports, and standardization of dictionaries and conditions, utilizing published BioChemUDM standard.   Provides both fully automated and QC-and-review workflows.
  • ELN Experiments: With Workflow’s CROW ELN Import App, users can import and archive PDF’d ELN Experiments – including text-searchable attachments and chemically-searchable reactions – to meaningfully capture and archive external research into their own ELN system, knocking down data silos and protecting their IP.

CROW can be deployed as a stand-alone application for use by your team, or Workflow Informatics can provide CROW services for a minimum monthly fee.
