Workflow Informatics has deep roots in data workflow platforms. Founded in 2013 by CEO Chris Lowden as a consultancy specializing in BIOVIA’s Pipeline Pilot, we’ve since grown into a team of expert consultants supporting both Pipeline Pilot and KNIME environments.

Our team offers end-to-end services—development, integration, and training—for clients leveraging these platforms in drug discovery and research informatics. We’ve also developed solutions built directly on Pipeline Pilot and KNIME, including our Workflow Request and Tracking (WRT) tool (available in Python as well) and a custom Pipeline Pilot component collection for CDD Vault.
